It’s only a few weeks into the new year and I imagine that many of those who made New Year’s Resolutions have already broken them by now.
No worries. If you want the best results in life the key is to be consistent!
Every thing we do from our jobs, playing an instrument, improving our physical health, or learning a new skill, requires consistency to get the RESULTS that we want.
We always get the consequences of our actions. Health happens by choice, not chance.
If you really want results, and I mean great results - be consistent. Make a plan and stick to it!
If you miss a day, so what, you're only human. Don't let a bad day keep you away from the results and goals that you desire.
Our bodies require maintenance for health. If these needs are not met, problems will come up in the near future. These needs include sleep, food, exercise, positive mental attitude, spirituality and YES - a GOOD NERVE supply, i.e. - Chiropractic.
Generally, we are responsible for the results in our lives. Anything that makes the body stronger is an important investment in our life. Everyday, we are either getting a little STRONGER or a little WEAKER. It all counts! Understand, that these choices ADD up and only YOU can choose to make healthier choices that make your body STRONGER.
Keep things simple, start slow. You may have up to three houses and five cars over a lifetime, but you will only have one body and it doesn't come with replaceable parts. Find fun ways to cook healthy foods, get rest each night and in the day if possible, and find a fun exercise program that you can do consistently 2-4 times a week.
Stay consistent and shortly you will be celebrating the NEW YOU!
